    The Subpoena Paradox: The Case of the Silenced Oversight<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    A poignant and contemporary example of this systemic rot can be seen in the recent maneuvers surrounding high-level government officials and oversight committees. Consider the situation where figures\u2014such as Pam Bondi<\/strong> in recent political discourse\u2014are positioned or removed in ways that appear designed to prevent the honoring of subpoenas and the execution of oversight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
